Letter to Home
Hey Mom,
Well I have to tell you that everything here is going OK could be better that will just come with time and patience. Adapting to being senior companion and district leader has been just a little bit of a struggle and it is all due to my attitude. After I had gotten the call I told myself why in the heck am I going to senior companion and have to deal with all that when I don't want any responsibility I am perfectly OK being junior companion and not having to worry about a thing. So it was all my attitude of why it has been hard but things are getting better the language is coming and that is nice. I will have to say somethings when I talk to you on Sunday. I am going to call Sunday night between 5:30 and 6:00 so I hope everyone will be home and if not they can skip there meetings haha. It is nice to be in the city it was a shock at first but everything is getting better through time. Starting to figure out where everything is and that is always nice.
But as for a letter from Craig I have not gotten one but I sent him one about 3 weeks ago or something I really can't remember. But depending on when he sent it, it could be here soon or might never get here. But you could forward it to me next week. speaking of letters i just got one from Jay, Christina, and the girls. It was great to hear from them.
Well as for things back home that's really awesome Kyle has got to be stoked and he has got to just relax and take things easy and he will do great. Tyler that is really awesome and I look forward to seeing him continue to progress. As for Trev if it helps I miss surfing alot. I have the ocean by me and I never want to go near it because I might just jump in. haha I am really excited for Megan I can not wait to see pictures.
Well Mom I love you and I to know that this is the work of or God. That as long as we do everything we can do. Work as hard as we can "by the sweat of thy brow thou shalt eat thy bread" if we do that we will be exalted on high. We can live with our families again, for all time and eternity. We will be able to come to our Savior and enter with him into his kingdom. I know that if it was not for Joesph Smith and him asking himself which church was right we would still be lost and confused today. I know that the book of Mormon is the word of God which is the rod of iron in Lehi's dream and through that we can reach salvation.
I love you so much mom and look forward to calling you in a few days. Tell everyone hi and that I send my love.
love always
Kevin
