Mom

Well, this week was pretty great. We had the oppotunity to meet with the president over the past few days and it has been amazing. Here in the mission mexico chihuahua the rules are intence and it requires literally all of every part of you, we have an amazing president who really cares about eacc of us. On friday night he actually called us and came to our house to help us out, to find out if we needed any help with anything. My companion and i both took turns talking to him one on one in his car. Ive had the priviledge to have a few interviews with him already. he is truly just a loving servant of God who devotes his whole heart to the work and to helping us.

Right now we have about 25 investigators. We are expecting to be able to have quite a few baptisms coming up probably in december. We just really want to make sure that they are ready and fully understand the commitment. Last week we were visiting a man who is married to a member, sadly about three years ago, their daughter was kidnapped and theyve heard anything. He is really down and depressed. Unfortunately, these types of situations arent very uncommon around here. But Yesterday he went to church and he was completely different from the first time we met him. He was smiling, laughing, and getting to know the members.

Oh and thanks for the packages, yeah the arrived!!! loved the tie, shirt, and pants!!! the camera works great!!! and the candy is already finished!

So sorry i dont have much time to write today, we have a big p day conference with all the elders from Juárez and the president. so i gotta go.sorry.
