As of Sunday June 14, 2009 Kevin has finished his papers and is now waiting for His interview with the Stake President. He will probably have his call by the first of July. Oh, my I can't believe how fast this year has gone. We have talked about this moment since he was a baby. Always talking about the day your a missionary. He is ready and eager to go. So I guess that means I am too. I am ready to watch the excitement in his face when he reads his call and finds out where he's going. I am ready to help him get all the necessary items to go. I am ready for all the talks about what it will be like. I am ready for him to research where he's going and eagerly tell all his friends and family when he's going and where. I am ready to prepare all things to get him ready to go. I am ready to watch him reading and studying to make sure he's ready not just mentally but spiritually too. I am ready to invite family and friends to share in the last few days he will have. I am ready to hear his last talk before goes. I am ready to help him be strong to say Good-bye for awhile to family and friends. I am not ready to say Good-bye myself. I am not ready to let go completely. My heart just aches when I think of it. But, I am ready to trust my Father in Heaven that he will be with Kevin and watchful over him. I am so very grateful for my Father in Heaven and My Savior that I have the knowledge of the plan and how much this will not only benefit Kev, but others.
