Say Good-bye to an Old Friend!

This is my Brother Brian's first surfboard. It has been around since Kevin was very little. In fact it use to be in his room and Kevin would be running away saying,"Scary Man, Scary Man put him away." The board is an Christian Fletcher and the picture on it is a Skeleton. And he is a little scary. But it use to be white and it use to be pretty buoyant in the water. It was a great surfboard that not only Brian used but our boys have enjoyed this board. We are a Surfing Family,it is one of my Boys loves in this life. Any opportunity that they can go they do, it doesn't mattter what time of year it is. They go year round! And this summer while surfing with the Christian, the boys noticed it really wasn't very buoyant anymore. So we decided it was Time to retire our good friend! You have been a great board but the time has come to replace you with a newer model. Don't feel so bad for him, he hasn't gone far he is keeping watch in our backyard. He is now apart of our backyard deco! And he looks pretty good back there.
