That time of Year, PROM 2011

Well for those of you that know me, know that this was not an easy thing for me to let my Tyler do. After much debate and knowing all the details about the night. We decided he could go. At times I felt like I gave in to something that I had felt very strongly about. But after explaining my side of things and why I felt like I did. I never intended on making him feel like it was a trust thing. Because it never had anything to do with that. And thankfully he agreed that he knew that. So after finding out who he was taking and what they were doing and who was going that night in the group. We really couldn't of asked for a better evening for them and a better group of friends to go. And I never would have had the rule about school dances if Kevin hadn't of decided that he never wanted to go to another dance for school again. He said he had way better things to do and be than to be at a place where standards where not important or being enforced. So that started our whole decision in regards to School dances. So this year we faced it head on and decided it would have to be a decision based on the kid and situation. So really Tyler has this amazing group of kids that are members of the church and are just really great kids who are very focused and what they want and how they are going to get there. They know how to have fun and enjoy hanging out together. I have a group of boys who spend a lot of weekends at our home. I just love them and they will be very missed this next year when they all leave to go off to College. So having probably said to much. The following are pictures of Tyler's Prom 2011. He went with Desi Aussef, and in the group were Scott Clawson and his date, Trenton Stewart and his date Jordan, David Bell, and Michael Goedel. They had pictures and dinner catered by Carino's at the Aussef Home and than took a Limo into LA(and seriously were really glad they took a limo, USC area really bad area) for the Dance. Had a after party at the Aussef Home. It was a Great night, they had tons of fun. They are all in Seminary together and are all really good friends.
