David's New Toy!!
HD Softtail Heritage Classic
It's Black and Red- Actually the black has metallic gold flaks in it.
And it is a Really Good looking bike in the Sun!
And needless to say he is like a kid at Christmas Time. It is really fun to watch someone be that excited about something. The day we purchased it was a really odd day. We had know idea that buying a Harley would be such a big deal just at the dealership. We started the process at around 10:30a and left the leadership at 1:30pm. They had a little ceremony for us when we were leaving the shop. Everyone ones comes out and shakes your hand and gives you T-shirts, Coffee cups, service items, calendars, etc. We couldn't believe it, this was such a bigger thing than we could have thought it would be. They even had me add a number to their sales tally and ring a bell. When every one in the shop heard the bell ring they clapped and cheered. We have been told that now we are apart of the Harley Family. Which when I thought about it, for some people that would probably be a great thing to have. You would have someone to go riding with and hang out with. But for us, it is entirely different. We have a family, and our kids are very busy with activities. We are both really busy with church callings. So the Harley family is a nice thought but not needed. The weekend was great, as you can see from the pictures below that Megan is just as excited as her Dad. She could hardly wait to go for a ride. Well, Hunny I am truly happy that you finally got your bike. I hope you have many Fun and Safe Rides. I love you!
