Today is Saturday April 6, we are just coming through the door after going to Arcadia and watching Ky jump. I will go back to that later. He received a call from Kayvon letting him know that’s Kayvon had received his call in the mail today. Well, we pulled in Ky went to the mailbox and there it was a Large White envelope from the church and address to Kyle. Well needless to say the nerves started, then the calls where made. Grandpa and Grandma Beck came up and the Merkleys were here.(they are Our Family, don’t know what I would do without them.) And we got Kevin on the phone. We skyped with Kevin and Stephanie who happened to be at Grandpa and Grandma McCormack’s in Layton. Unfortunately only Grandma was home but Kyle couldn’t wait any longer. So with shaky hands and all watching he opened the Envelope. We feel blessed to announce that Elder Kyle Gary Beck has been called to Serve in the Guayaquil Ecuador West Mission. He reports on August 14 at the Peru MTC.
WOW! Another Missionary, Another Foreign Mission. Couldn’t be happier for him. He is ready. I know that he may doubt that at times. This is all so new going at the age. When the age change came and they could go at 18 if they were ready. Well it was a lot to take in. But I know I am blessed to see this happening. I love these boys of mine, They are good boys. They do what they are asked and for the most part don’t give David and I to much trouble. I am so happy for Ky. He will be a great missionary, he will just draw people to him and they will want to hear why he is so happy. Good Luck My Boy. Wow 2 out at the same time. I pray that I will be the Mom they need to do these things.
