Class of 2011
Tyler is officially done with High School. You prepare yourself for this when they enter High School. But really I don't think you are truly ready for this day. I thought, "Oh I have done this once, it shouldn't be too hard", Ahhh Wrong! So many emotions going on throughout that night. Hard to realized that this was once my blonde haired, blue eyed boy with a big grin. That this was my little boy all grown and ready to move onto the next step. So even if Mom isn't completely ready He is and that is good. I was so pleased with Ty and how he did in High School. He was on the Dive team and keep his grades up, Did Honors and AP classes. And was generally an easy Teenager. He had a great Senior year. We had many weekends of band playing, skateboarding, card playing, movie watching, video games, pizza eating, and just hanging out! It was great to have them here and enjoying hanging out. We were so glad that they felt so at home. We will miss having them around. Now that high school is finished it's that all dreaded growing up period. You get a job and start figuring out what you want to do and where you want to go, and when? So for Ty he got a couple of weeks to play and get ready for working full time. Have to say didn't get easier to leave one behind this time either. It is not fun to go the beach, movies, Utah or anywhere else without him. And I am not getting use to it yet. But its part of life and so we all adjust and make the best of days off. Lots of changes coming to Tyler this next year. Lots of decisions to be made. Lots of things to do and see. We are looking forward to it all and helping out when asked. I (we) love you Tyler, you are a great example to your Brothers and Sister. We will be right here when needed!
